Welcome to AMPLINEX 013 and the third year of AMPLINEX. Once
again we are able to provide a 'bonus' disc of music with this issue. On the
disc you will find 17 pieces of music from AMPLINEX members in addition to the
9 pieces on this disc. We also have two extracts from the latest Hybrid Technology
music discs (see News and Reviews section).
We continue the theme of waveforms from the last issue with
a utility to allow you to use Music 500 waveforms without affecting the rest of
your Studio 5000 setup, a utility to help you design instruments, and a feature
on the most, and least, popular sounds in the Hybrid Music System.
We have, of course, the usual variety of 'Questions and
Answers' and 'Hints and Tips' and, courtesy of Patrick Black, an index covering
all of the previous year of AMPLINEX (issues 007 to 012).
Perhaps most importantly, we have our AMPLINEX competition -
